What we don't do — and why that matters
Society & Co does not take on every instruction that comes through the door. We limit our active sales listings to a number the team can genuinely service — currently capped at 30 active properties across the Basque Country at any one time. If your property is outside our geographic coverage (Bilbao metropolitan area and key Basque coastal municipalities), we will tell you directly and point you to a specialist who covers your area. We also do not guarantee sale timelines — market conditions in Bizkaia can shift, and anyone who promises you a fixed deadline is not being straight with you.
